CREAMY CUCUMBER DRESSING
Ingredients -
1 cup skimmed curd
1/2 grated or finely chopped cucumber
1 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Salt to taste
Method of preparation -
- Blend all ingredients well and store in a jar.
- Refrigerate and use with salads when required.
GARLIC & PARSLEY DRESSING
Ingredients -
6 cloves garlic
2 sprigs parsley
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsps skimmed curd
Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation -
- Combine all the ingredients and grind to a fine paste.
- Refrigerate and use with salads when required.
Note - Mint can be used in place of parsley.
