INGREDIENTS




  • Sprouted green gram - 1 cup




  • Tomato deseeded - 1 medium size




  • Cucumber - 1 cup




  • Pomegranate -1 tablespoon




  • Carrot grated - 1 small cup




  • Onion: ½




  • Green chilli - 1 medium




  • Coriander leaves - chopped




  • Salt: 1 pinch




  • Chat masala - 1 pinch




  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon





 



METHOD





  1. Assemble all the ingredients for the salad. Let's begin.




  2. In a bowl, add steamed green gram (sprouted), chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped cucumber, carrot (grated)




  3. Also add chopped coriander,chopped green chilli, salt, chaat masala and lemon juice.




  4. Mix gently.




  5. Adjust your seasoning.




  6. Enjoy the salad!
