Put these into practice and help yourself prevent cancer in the smallest way possible:
Cut down on tobacco use - Smoking has been linked to various types of cancers (lung, bladder, cervix, and kidney). Even if you don't use tobacco, exposure to second-hand smoke may increase your risk of lung cancer. This is also an important part of cancer prevention.
