Weekend Recipe - Flax Coriander Chutney
Why not add some flaxseed to your coriander chutney? Here's one way to do it...
Flax Coriander Chutney
- Roasted flaxseed powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
- Onion - 1
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli - 1
- Ginger - a small piece
- Salt to taste
Method - Grind all the ingredients together. Serve as an accompaniment with dosa, idli, chapati, upma or any other dish.
