6 hot dog rolls
butter for spreading
To Be Mixed Together For The Parsley Cream Cheese
1/4 cup grated fresh paneer
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 clove of garlic , grated
2 tsp finely chopped onions
1 tsp chopped parsley
To Be Mixed Together For The Marinated Peppers
1/4 cup thinly sliced red peppers
1/4 cup thinly sliced green peppers
1/4 cup thinly sliced yellow pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp freshly crushed freshly ground black pepper powder
salt to taste
1. Cut each dinner roll into 2 horizontal slices and apply a little butter on both the halves.
2. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c for 2 minutes till each half is lightly toasted.
3. Spread approx. 1 tablespoon of the parsley cream cheese on the bottom layer of the roll and top with the marinated peppers.
4. Sandwich with the top half of the roll. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 5 more sandwiches.
