The person who angers you, controls you – let’s face it. Anger is an unpleasant emotion usually accompanied by frustration, guilt or more anger. It has consequences on the physical health too. And while mindfulness sounds like a wonderful practice, how to implement this when angry? After all, anger is such a powerful emotion that can drive people to do things which they don’t want to, or to say things which they don’t really mean. So how do you go about being mindful when angry?
