We all know the feeling after a long and busy day at work. After returning home tired and drained all we want to do is, eat, shower, and sleep, sometimes not in that particular order. The trouble is that this continuous cycle only makes us feel worse and we end up in this wake-up, work, sleep, repeat cycle every day. So, its time to introduce some little changes into our routine lifestyle to make ourselves happy, healthy and energized. Instead of sitting when we get home, let's incorporate these short yoga sequences which will definitely make us feel much better!
Aim to put down the bags, have a glass of water (slowly) & then wash our face up to get started!
