Baked Apple

Here's yet another way to enjoy the fruit that keeps the doctor away. You may have this healthy dessert occasionally to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

Apple (Cored)- 2
Dried Fruit (Chopped)- 4 tsp
Nuts (Toasted)- 4 tsp
Honey- 1 tsp
Cinnamon- A pinch
Apple Cider Vinegar- ½ cup
Plain Yoghurt- ½ cup

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix fruits, nuts, honey, and cinnamon, and spoon the mixture into the apple.

3. Place the apples in a small baking dish and pour apple cider around them.

4. Cover with foil.

5. Bake until tender for about 45 minutes.

6. Serve topped with yoghurt.
