Take It Easy

Don't Over-Schedule. A busy life can rob you of time for sleep. If you find yourself pushing your bedtime back further to get things done, or getting up earlier, you may feel tired a lot of the time but not realize the toll lack of sleep is taking.

Relax. For some, it's music. For others, it's yoga or strenuous exercise. "Choose a technique and do it. Tiring yourself physically and then listening to relaxing music works for 90% of the people," says Puri.

Get Some Sex. This can give you a dose of relaxing hormones and provide several other stress-management benefits. Unfortunately, many people find that stress zaps their sex drive. "Try it, it works better than anything else," says Puri.

Power Nap. Go on, convince your HR about how power naps lead to high performance. Drag that couch in. It's worth it.
