Dosa Batter- 250g

Boiled Sweet Corn (Makai Dana)- ¼ cup
Finely-Chopped Capsicum- ¼ cup
Grated Carrot- ¼ cup
Lemon Juice- 3 tsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Salt- To taste
Oil- For cooking
Cheese- To garnish
To Serve:
Coconut Chutney/ Ketchup or Sambhar
