Egg White & Spinach Omlet

Egg White & Spinach Omlet (serves 1)
3 egg whites
1 tbsp skimmed milk
½ tsp dried mixed herbs
¼ tsp pepper powder
½ cup chopped spinach
1 tsp grated low-fat cheese
- Mix egg whites, milk and herbs in a bowl.
- Heat a non-stick tava. Spread chopped spinach on it.
- As it shrinks, pour the egg white mixture and allow to cook.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and fold in half.
- Serve hot.
Good quality protein mixed with beta carotene, iron and fiber.
