Garlicky Mushroom Stir Fry

This garlic-flavored mushroom stir fry recipe can be relished both as a starter as well as a side dish with breads of your choice.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Makes: 4 servings


Olive oil- 1 tbsp

Finley-Chopped Garlic- 2 tbsp

Sliced Mushrooms- 300 g

Red Wine- 1 tbsp

Salt- To taste

Freshly Ground Black Pepper- A pinch

Finely Chopped Parsley- For garnish


  • Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan and add garlic and sauté till it turns golden brown.
  • Add sliced mushrooms, salt, red wine, and mix everything together. Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Season with freshly ground pepper.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve hot.
