Vanilla Smoothie

This is a perfect blend of flavours that can make an excellent snack-time drink. Try it!

Preparation Time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 5min
Serves: 2

Ingredients

Curd (chilled)- 1/2 cup mixed with 1/2 cup chilled full-fat milk
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Ice cubes -1/2 cup

Vanilla essence – 4 drops

Method

  1. Combine the curds-milk mixture, vanilla essence, sugar and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.
