Pairing several foods can satisfy your taste buds, while some experiments can be disaster for taste and health. Some meal combinations can obstruct digestive tracts and may fail to provide the body with the nutrients and vitamins it needs.

Drinking too much tea can lead to side effects, such as anxiety, headaches, digestive issues, and disrupted sleep patterns.
